The formal requirements for application to the Inter-American Program of Applied Macroeconomics are:

1) Academic degree certificate and/or a professional qualification in economics, engineering or mathematics.
2) Curriculum vitae.
3) Transcript of grades and academic degree authenticated by the Chilean consulate of the country of origin.
4) Class ranking certificate.
5) Two letters of recommendation.
6) Three color photographs (3x3 cm) with full name.
7) Copy of the undergraduate study program.
8) Completed application form.
9) Health certificate accrediting that the applicant's health status is compatible with further studies.
10) Admission test, to be taken on a date to be established by the Program Director.

One of the requirements may be waived in for otherwise well-qualified applicants.

Original documents will be requested once the applicant has been accepted.

Application deadlines:

The selection process takes place twice a year:

• Submit application by May 31 to enter in August of that year
• Submit application by November 30 to enter in March of the following year
